“You probably don't get this a lot but I wanted to apologize for my behaviour tonight 27th Mar.
I ordered a number # and it must have been misunderstood so I asked for my specific drink at the window and the attendant must have thought I wanted to buy a drink (although I assumed it came with one).
Anyway I got a bit upset because she was not really listening to what I said. I still must apologize as I fully appreciate and understand how hard these employees work.
