DO NOT ORDER from WENDYS on FRONT st Belleville through UBER EATS. They will mess up your order and not take accountability because they dont want to pay for their mistakes. The lady supervisor purposely gave me false info and told me to ask for a credit and that Uber eats would give me the delivery fee charge back, but it was a lie . I HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE DELIVERY now and the delivery driver also refused to go back and get it. She tricked me ON PURPOSE bc she said that they would have to pay for the delivery and the product if she sent it back to me.. thats my fault how? I want my strawberry lemonade lmao its the small things in life and u guys just ruined that for me... No integrity whats so ever. Pay for your mistake maybe YOUd be less likely to mess up orders. Its not the first time they've messed up.. like if u cant do ur job and ur on the verge of getting fired cuz ur messing up the royalties by all ur mistakes then maybe u should be fired.. she refused anyway. So I just dont get my large strawberry lemonade now. Lol. Like okay cool. Thanks. And they messed up my order before that too and I didnt say anything, but this time a big item was literally missing. 😤😡

Worst hamburger I ever had from a Wendy's restaurant, I ordered the Dave's single, for the first time ever, because it's on promotion, at the Belleville North front location, and it was the worst hamburger that I have ever had in a long time, it was dry , cold, and tasteless, absolutely wretched. Consistently lukewarm Dave's singles, not hot and fresh😞

The staff is very rude. The girl taking my ordwr last night was mean and very impatient tapping her fingers on the wall and holding a fist like she's tough. The girl making the order messed up then order and started to slam things around. Very unpleasant experience.

Annemarie was absolutely awesome! There was a little hiccup with my order at first, but she handled it like a total pro and got everything fixed quickly. She was super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience way better. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Huge shoutout to Annemarie—Wendy’s is lucky to have her!
