Tonight's the last night I will be going there as 3 times in a row I have not gotten what I paid for. Recently they had a garlic mushroom bacon cheese burger I went through the drive through to have no bacon. Second time to get again no bacon. Third time I ordered a double which was tonight to go home find out its a single. Somethings going on as I live close to this Wendys and used to go once every week or two. Everytime I turned back and got a fresh order from them. This time I didnt. Another time they appearntly had no small cups and had to *upcharge*. That's not the way things work. I'll be avoiding here from now on and taking my buisness to the Wendys downtown.

Very great deal if you save your receipt and fill out the survey. Excellent healthy food for a fast food restaurant. Can get busy due to high school students. Your order is filled in record time.

Lack of hygiene. Not a beard net in sight. Guy scraping grease off the wall behind the fryer in plain sight. Service absent and detached. When I was dinining on the patio an employee in uniform pushed past me to lock his bike up between my seat and the fencing. Not pleased.

Where do I start.. there was about 10 people working. No one inside eating and only 1 car in drive thru.. yet inside was dirty and the commentary station was empty of supplies. My boyfriend got sprayed by the drink machine cause it's not functioning right.. but had no napkins to clean up.. had to go to the bathroom to clean up. He let's the workers know.. and they look at him like he had 10 heads, offering him a few napkins. We continued to suggest they refill their station as it's empty. One worker even mocked my boyfriend saying " he wants napkins cause he got a bit if water sprayed on him " in a teasing voice like a child would do it. ( honey.. it was Ice Tea, not water.. ) .. we get our food.. drive home.. and the Salad didn't have bacon on it which I paid for and very little cheese on the chicken wraps. Horrible service. Took 10 ppl 15 mins to make things wrong and very slowly ?.. and shocker.. they all from the same country too...
If you gonna hire outsiders who are already taking our jobs .. least they can do.. is do the job right!
