One of my favourite places to get slices with my children! We absolutely love their one female employee with all the tattoos on her arm (not sure if I can use names) she’s so sweet and kind to my kids, I couldn’t ask for better service. Just want to say thank you for always making us feel welcome. Keep up the good work guys!!

Drove by this place a 100 times never stopped in
1 day I decided to give it a try. It's got to be one of the best pizzas I ever had. I will definitely be back and back and back again.

Great pizza! Unfortunately they have some very unprofessional and extremely rude staff working there. Specifically a young blonde woman swearing under her breath about customers, over the restaurants mistakes? Bad days happen, but swearing and using hostile language isn’t how you get compassion and patience from repeating customers. If you can’t work customer service without remaining professional, find a new job.

I had placed a pickup order for paneer cheesy pizza and butter chicken pizza. I was charged for both these items. After coming home I realised, it was just a plain cheese pizza and a chicken pizza which was surely not butter chicken. When I called them, they said they were out of paneer. Why wasn't this mentioned while placing the order or when we went for pickup? And why was I still charged for paneer pizza? This is ridiculous! Telling me I will get a discount next time is not what I wanted. I wanted my order. Don't mislead and fool customers like this please!

As a reply to your reply, that's a lie or your employee is not sharing proper info with you as the person who went to pickup the order is my partner and he was not told any thing and when I called to tell we didn't get the pizza I ordered, the girl employee who was working offered me a replacement pizza. Why would she give me that option if the order was correct or if anything was told to my partner when he was picking up? I don't like posting false reviews so please cross check with the girl employee who was working then. Thanks

Hands down the best pizza in Belleville! Every bite is flourished with flavor and excellence. From locally sourced toppings to the hand crafted dough, I can't ever get enough of this establishment. I first started coming here in 2014 and it's helping such consistency throughout the years it has me speechless. The staff are always wonderful to chat with and very polite. To whomever reads this review, give in to the urge to try something new if you haven't and I'm sure you won't regret coming to this place. Belleville is a little happier if a town having service and food like this.

We tried their pizza for the first time. It was fantastic. Usually don't do desserts from pizza places. The brownie was one of the best i have had.

staff is always super friendly and efficient, wait times are accurate, food is very tasty (garlic butter nuggets are soooo good). i do wish there were maybe chairs or reading material to use while waiting though.

Great place! I come here regularly and the customer service and quality food is always consistent, I’ve been given extra dough balls when ordering a single slice which I appreciate thoroughly. Not to mention the amazing price for such good food!

Westside Pizza Factory is amazing! They truly care about their community and offer amazing pizza. I run a contest for local schools and the past two years, Westside Pizza has provided us with the most delicious pizza. The students are always so excited for their pizza prize when I bring it from Westside! Also, if you are looking for a cheap but delicious lunch, they have an amazing deal for a huge slice of pizza.
