Wings, Poutines and Things

I called them today to get a price of 20 Chicken tenders and they told me 31.56 and then my Daughter went to pick them up tonight and it was a hole different price they charge her 42.00 dollars after saying 31.56 and this isnt the first time they fridge up i have went there and bought alot of food and when i got to the car half of my stuff wasnt in the bag so please people look in your bag before you leave there driveway never again will we go there

Horrible service. I placed my order online. Order stated pick up at 9:40. I gave 5 mins. extra so that I wouldn't have to wait...WELL WAS I EVER WRONG!!! I waited 25 mins...so I ask the lady if my gravy is in the bag? She takes the bag back from me and says she's going to check. Fine, so I follow her back into the restaurant she looks in the bag then she turns around and tosses my $25 bag of food on the GARBAGE where customers put trays that they've finished with and the bag isn't even closed. I WAS SHOCKED>> I am still in shock. So, I recover and I ask her politely to fold and close the bag properly for me and hand it to me nicely because I am in fact a human being. I let her know that it was a $25 bag and she was wrong to treat it that way as I had waited a very long time to get it. I was angry but while I was waiting and huffing and puffing I went outside to get air so I wouldn't make THEM feel bad. The ingrate started yelling at me, so I told her she was rude and that she was wrong and strong and that is very wrong! I left the store and decided to do this review I hope it helps others. The store should be closed or all employees replaced, very poor representatives of the KFC BRAND

My family purchase KFC once a week. Within the last 2 months we take notice of 'what was really in our 14 piece bucket 7 wings . 3 drumsticks and 4 unrecognizable 2 x2 square chunks. I finally called the manager and told him what the staff was serving honest paying customers. He offer to replace my purchase , which he did. Not sure if we will continue getting dinners from them, But manager was nice and did not seems surprised or disturbed by his staff dishonesty or / and serving what the customer paid for I score 2 because of interaction with Manager was pleasant

Overall a very good experience. My son is a picky eater and I convinced him to try a poutine from here. He now says its his favourite restaurant. The burgers are nice & fresh, and the fries are really good too. We will order again

Ordered for the first time today and was blown away. Very impressed and will definitely be ordering from there again!!!

If it was possible I would give this place an absolute zero. After a long week, we ordered dinner tonight through Door Dash. Our order arrived in a timely manner and without issue but our food on the hand was awful…We Ordered:Chicken Ceaser Wrap with Onion Rings…the onion rings were “ok” but the wrap that arrived was aChicken Ranch Wrap. The bacon on the wrap tasted rotten and the chicken was fatty and actually contained something hard that may have been a bone but we were not sure - the best part of this meal was the wrap which was fresh.Deep Fried Pickles…these came in a nice size order but arrived soggy and without any ranch sauce which, was suppose to come on the side. The first pickle was tolerable but the second one had such a foul taste that I had no choice but to spit it out.Chicken Parm…we ordered this with extra sauce but the order arrived with MAYBE a small table spoon of tasteless slop. The chicken was 90% grizzle and tasteless. The garlic bread was a toasted/burnt hot dog bun slapped together with cheese in the middle.So, with all of that said, we didn’t finish our meals and skipped right to dessert which was ice cream just to get the taste out of our mouths.The worst $50 EVER spent!!!!!!!!!

Large order for 6 was inedible. Not happy, esp as a returning customer. Every item was cold, none of the fries were cooked, none of the burgers had any of the condiments listed as included, and none of the extras I paid for were included, either.Even though Skip the Dishes offered a 50% refund on the order, finding a dark hair in my veggies added insult to injury. I'm unsure if I will ever order from here again.

My meal was very poor. Order the bucket very over cooked. Fries was cold. If anyone looking for a good chicken meal. Mary Browns is the best. Chicken very juicy. Kentucky fried chicken sucks will never go back

Why do they insist on overcooking the chicken? It's like chewing on an old tennis ball. Just STOP overcooking it! It's not rocket science.

Kfc has the best food ever! Definitely one of my favorite places to get food from! The place isn't the neatest but has amazing food.

Small and greasy pieces the last time I visited, so it's been months since I tried it. This time they wouldn't accept cash so I drove away. Obviously KFC management is trying to drive customers away. It worked, Mary browns from now on.

Decided to return for just some chicken as its been years since I visited. This time I was very disappointed and sickened by the food. I found a battered feather on a piece of chicken. The chicken is also over cooked and the 1 piece of white meat (that included the feather) in the small 12 piece bucket was so dry that it was almost impossible to swallow. This is the absolute last time I will ever visit this place (and potentially this franchise business) and will steer people to any other store regionally. Plus since they changed the amount and types of pieces my bucket included at least 5 wings and 1 legs and 5 unidentifiable pieces of meat. I am done with this franchise. I used to look forward to eating a few times a year just the chicken. But being offered sauces when I went this time must mean that they were covering up the flavor. Gone is the flavor that was almost something to crave when you decided to eat at this restaurant. Pictures of the feather and remaining bucket items are included here. Spent $29.37 with tax on this nauseating food. Finding a feather ensured that my stomach cannot eat this and it will be given to my dogs to eat. Think about this $29.37 where I could have bought two (four when on sale) whole uncooked chickens at grocery store (with feathers all removed) and not overcooked or battered the food in such a horrific manner.
