My husband and I frequented this restaurant back.in the day and today's dine in experience really saddebn our view of the Super Snax. When my husband and I first arrived we were not greeted and when asked about a menu they pointed to wall and said they are over there. We sat ourself down and had to ask to place an order. My husband ordered the Country Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and I ordered a Arthur Pizza and garlic bread. We also shared a Ceaser Salad to start. The service was extremely slow even though there was no one in the restaurant.
Finally the salad came out and the portion was decent however it was drowned in salad dressing and had fake bacon bits. Next course, the chicken came with fries Instead of mashed potatoes and the chicken was cold. When we informed the staff that the chicken was cold they took the plate back and refried the same pieces of chicken that my husband had already bit into. Needless to say the chicken was hard and non edible. My pizza was lacking flavour and was Luke warm. Lastly the garlic bread finally came.out after we were almost ready to go and the flavour was unrecognizable. It actually upset our stomachs.
This experience has made us not want to return. Anyone looking to try it out, save yourself a visit.

This place used to be one of my favourite places to lunch. However recently my grandmother had a horrible experience with the owner who was rude and unhelpful. When the food came cold, she asked them to re heat it, but it was still barely edible. She didn’t eat it and then the owner accused of her of scamming a free meal. Highly disappointed with how they treated her, the server was lovely and understanding but we will never be going back.

I'm not sure if there is any point placing a take out order.Chicken fingers and fries, banquet burger .She said 25 min. I gave her 30.My order wasn't even started and I had already tipped 18%.Understaffed.Horrible.
breakfast was great! Will definitely be back again. New owners are very nice.

Food is good but prices have gone up. I understand this is inflation..

Ernie and Ana Are wonderful Hosts. The food is incredibly delicious, and there are many dishes not on the menu that Ernie loves to share. His Rice dishes are amazing, with his own twist put on them. Call in, take out, or sit and stay with the family, both options are good. The prices are very reasonable. You can honestly tell that this is their passion, and I would personally recommend you give them a try, Support your local resturaunt. If you are hungry, go for the Ernies Burger. You will not be disappointed. They now have a liquor license to sell a variety of beverages. They also have a Rototic Server. Very cool.
Parking: Very easy to park. Great View of the lake. Outside patio available.
Kid-friendliness: We have two kids, and it was very enjoyable experience eating with them.
