When the federal tax was done away with for a few months, at first I was still charged it but didn’t realize until later when I read what is covered & isnt. The box went from 11.99 to 15 something. No I didn’t get a receipt at the time. But last time we went, it was correct BUT the order wasn’t. Was provided with a barbecue chipotle sauce instead of the regular normal mayo like chipotle (they were told by me and my fiance both, and shown the pic on their sign with the diff sauces) and they were reluctant to change it as I have certain allergies to barbecues sauces. My fiancé had to go back and have it redone. And the time previous, the line and prep and service was haphazard for just 2 families being there. I used to crave their food, now we won’t be back ever and they’re only a block away. It was so nice to have a “different” type of food available in Blenheim besides the usual pizza places and sadly, we won’t be back after too many times of sub par service. I hope improvements are made for the sake of other customers. (5 of us @ approx $10-16 each).

A few weeks ago, we were charged the tax that is exempt until Feb 15. Then I had a craving tonight and they corrected that thank goodness but chipotle is not bbq sauce, which was put all over it and I’m allergic to those ingredients, it’s actually a mayo kind of chipotle and that’s what they put on the bbq. Ew. I hate bbq and ketchup in general. I no longer desire their food and we won’t be back. Family of 5 bought and we are ALL done. It wasn’t corrected at time but my bf went back to insist on it. And they did. But half the time we can’t understand the question anyways, call me ignorant I don’t care.
I can't get enough of their food. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Always fresh, and always hits the spot. Try their quesadilla or the burrito bowl. Their sauces are amazing.
