Craves Poutinerie - Blenheim

Honestly, this is my favorite Poutine joint, in the WORLD. But I'm deeply disappointed in the amount of fries I got. Yesterday I bought the craves poutine, a large for $16, and got maybe a handful of fries. I used to get this poutine every Friday from the one in Chatham when I lived here (I've since moved to Toronto but was visiting again). The poutine used to be stacked to the brim with fries, this was maybe halfway up the box, no more than a large handful of fries.

The flavor is still incredible I'm just confused why the portions have gotten so small. Super disappointing and probably won't be back for that price

We went in for lunch during Cherry Fest this year. We had the Farmers Poutine, a Bacon Cheeseburger, we split the Cherry Bomb Funnel Fries, and had some Ice Cream. Everything was great and the service was perfect!! Can't wait to go back!

Every time I visit, I am shocked at how a place can consistently deliver such incredible service and food. The customer service here truly goes above and beyond, the staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. They clearly love what they do which is rare and so appreciated.
And the poutine? Unreal. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are next-level. Whether you’re a classic poutine lover or like to try creative twists, Craves hits it out of the park every time.

Went to Blenheim location for Valentine's Day. Had the lobster poutine, Classic cheeseburger, Gyro, and Strawberry shakes. Everything was excellent!! Would recommend all of the above. So many different menu options to choose from. Excellent vibe in the place and outstanding customer service. Kudos! Will be frequenting this place regularly!!
