Drive through is so slow most of the time, needs new management. Sorry I wish I could give you a better review but it's been like this for some years already.

I was underwhelmed by the atmosphere and cleanliness. The tables were all dirty and the garbage bins were full, making me unwilling to dine in. This is a first for me at any Tim Horton's location.

The chicken Parm pizza was amazing! The staff is amazing, Lori and Lauren were giving out samples of the pizza.
The food and service are good but this location is always really dirty. Garbages are always full and washrooms filthy. Could definitely up their sanitary game.

This location is one of the friendliest and quickest stores in chatham-kent in my opinion. The store is always clean and the staff have my order ready everyday without even saying what I want. Everyone works well together and it seems be very a very happy environment. Keep up whatever they your doing because it works for this location.

Blenium Tim Hortons was not good..I brought my empty cup into the store and could not locate any garbage can. I finally found one in the back corner of the store... when I went to get another cup of coffee at the counter, I waited more than 25 minutes for someone to serve me.. I finally left the restaurant without getting anything because no one came to serve me
