This location is one of the friendliest and quickest stores in chatham-kent in my opinion. The store is always clean and the staff have my order ready everyday without even saying what I want. Everyone works well together and it seems be very a very happy environment. Keep up whatever they your doing because it works for this location.

Blenium Tim Hortons was not good..I brought my empty cup into the store and could not locate any garbage can. I finally found one in the back corner of the store... when I went to get another cup of coffee at the counter, I waited more than 25 minutes for someone to serve me.. I finally left the restaurant without getting anything because no one came to serve me

They never give a sleeve with black coffee. The very reason for the purpose of the sleeve. When you requested one then their attitude comes out.
Just stopped to use the bathroom and tried to buy a beverage. The lady behind the counter was overwhelmed because management insists on putting the focus on the drive-thru and little attention to the counter.To no one's surprise, I walked out! This is not a Customer Care issue! This is a local management issue when you don't staff the counter sufficiently! As a manager, you decide where to put people and the walk ins suffer. I will not waste my time dealing with Corporate!

Was there this more at 8:15 am the place was a mess every table was dirty the floors were dirty. Used the women’s washroom floors were dirty both stalls no toilet paper I had to go ask. Young girl filled them and I said to her this Tim’s is pretty unkept her response was they are open and 7 am and only two staff to start. It wasn’t busy at 8:15 am and there were at least 6 staff on. You could tell the floors had not been done in a while also if they bathrooms had of been fresh in the morning there would be toilet paper. So on our way back from amherstburg same day around 2:00 pm so six hours later I could absolutely tell the floors had not been done once and the bathroom obviously was not clean as the same broken key chain was sitting on the counter from the morning stop. Urine in the one stall on the floor. At the end of the evening u would think that the floors and bathrooms would have been done for the morning. Makes me wonder what their kitchen area is like. Do they really wash things in the back. Worst Tim’s I have ever been too. What is wrong with the manager at this location ?

Unsmiling, irritated-looking staff operate a Tims that looks like it only gets cleaned once a week, if that. The floors were filthy and strewn with garbage, the goods displays had multiple products fallen down against the glass as if someone had slammed the trays into place, and there was a blood spatter and smear with a piece of bloody snot stuck to the wall above the urinal that had been there 4 days prior. I will not return.
