The staff here are always quick, friendly and courteous. The fastest Tims in CK! I always go out of my way for this Blenheim location. My favourite employee is Janelle. Her sense of humour is infectious and she has a knack for making the best coffee- I think I’ll marry her. <3

Kid-friendliness: Staff are always going above and beyond to include my daughter in the interaction. We often get her timbits and everyone always says hello to her and then gives my dog a plain Timbit.

Customer service is terrible, waited 20 minutes for a tea and had two people come in before me and get served, then the manager proceeded to tell me to shut my mouth when I had stated my issue. Terrible

Twenty minutes in the lineup and then they didn't even have what I ordered. And and they only had three staff working. They need to advertise open 24 hours but only for coffee.

The speaker system in the drive-thru is very difficult to hear. When trucks are going down the road or pulling in the lot it's next to impossible. Coming out of the drive-thru, it is absolute chaos to get through the Canadian Tire parking lot and back to the road. The few times I've been there, there's always a fenced off area for outdoor shopping areas and displays that cut across the lanes to drive as well as the parking spots. Vehicles just cut through everywhere they can.I'll be going to the other location because of it! The staff seem great though.

Parking: The parking lot is absolute chaos. I'm glad I don't have to go to the Canadian Tire! There's lots of parking spaces, but no one seems to park in the lines, and the displays and fenced-in area take up tons of space and it is difficult to drive around without driving through the parking spaces where cars are already parked!
