Bagel belt was cold. Hash browns were old and cold. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in a year. Still the same disappointing experience as my last visit. Maybe next year.

young lady supervisor with glasses was very polite and made few suggestions of what was great for breakfast so early this morning she assured me everything was made fresh and she pointed out what my little gy may like as well and he loved it sure wished all Tim Hortons had people like her we were at the Espanola 1 yesterday and found that 1 there to be so rude , i think this person should be loaned out to teach those 1s how to react with customers

Sat in the lineup while she waited on everybody in the other line. We sat there calling and 3 more people drove up and she took ther order but Not giving us any service ! Ridiculous and terrible service disgusting left without ordering.

very polite staff we went in drive threw but had to go in get meal corrected staff polite about it so we ate inside friendly people in this place and town made us feel welcome the meal was made wrong but were told to keep it as they only throw it out any how they gave us the 1 we had ordered the hash browns were fresh so they were hot the creamy soup was hot buns were fresh and tosted washrooms were very clean compared the 1 @ Espanola turn off they were very rude to us when we went in to do complaint about wrong meal that i think we got some 1 eles meal employee walked away from us never returned

I've stopped at this location a number of times as options are limited, but I absolutely hate it! If your looking for hot food after 5pm don't bother. They've already shut off their toaster which I can't even begin to understand or simply are always out of everything....ALL THE TIME. And the owners don't care and continue to do nothing about this. I stopped in tonight around 9pm was ignored at the drive through until I said "hello". I asked for a bagel...nope...don't have any. I then asked if there were any sandwiches available...nope...we have no bread left and our toaster is already shut off. What was the point of even being open then? The girl working drive through this evening was really snotty as well. Unnecessary. If you hate your job, quit.

Ordered my wife a triple berry tea, one bag in with 1 honey. Employee put 2 bags in so I pointed it out and had him fix it. This is a photo of what he gave me. Do not waste your money here, there is another Timmies just down the highway at the Esso. This place seems mostly staffed by drug addicts and children,

Trave a lot for work between SSM and Sudbury. Always kinda disappointed in how slow the service is. As for the coffee and food. It was good for a while but now the staff seem kinda lazy or something. Took the last few sips of my coffee and had to spit it out because there was a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee!!!That’s something that shouldn’t happen! Yuck

Very busy but are staff are friendly and orderly. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. Great stop.

We enjoyed the broccoli soup particularly because it was a windy day outside. The coffee was excellent and the native Indian man who served was very very polite. He even smiled at us when walking out of the restaurant for his daily break. Definitely stop here if you are driving onwards to Sudbury. Munir D.
