Tim Hortons has friendly and polite staff, providing great customer service. A young lady supervisor with glasses was particularly helpful, making suggestions for breakfast and ensuring everything was fresh. Another staff member willingly corrected a wrong order and offered good service. The native Indian man serving was especially polite and smiled at customers. The broccoli soup and coffee were enjoyed. The hash browns, soup, and buns were all noted to be fresh and hot. The location is clean and a good stop for those driving to Sudbury. In comparison, a previous experience at the Espanola location had less favorable service.
