“the staff is very rude Matt is the rudest Tim hortons employee that i ever met, we travel alot, when my husband was waiting for our order and it was handed to him he looked to make sure we had everything, my husband couldn't find the hashbrowns and whe he asked the employee Matt said it was on the bottom of the bag, the hubby asked why would you put it on the bottom and my hubby started to leave Matt thought he was out the door but he wasn't, Matt then states " next time I will shove it up your A@@(insert the proper letters) we will not ever be stopping there again, this is for the Tim Hortons at the Esso gas station in Blind River but I couldn't find one page for that one“

“young lady supervisor with glasses was very polite and made few suggestions of what was great for breakfast so early this morning she assured me everything was made fresh and she pointed out what my little gy may like as well and he loved it sure wished all Tim Hortons had people like her we were at the Espanola 1 yesterday and found that 1 there to be so rude , i think this person should be loaned out to teach those 1s how to react with customers“
