I am a huge connoisseur of bakeries. Whenever I visit a new town, I must seek out their bakery. Bobcaygeon Bakery is known for its delicious cinnamon buns and Natas, as well as their Pastel de Nata, brownies, and croissants. Customers appreciate the warm atmosphere and friendly service. The bakery offers fantastic homemade quiche, which many say are the best they’ve ever had. While the prices are on the higher side, some customers feel the quality of the baked goods is worth it. It is a popular spot, so it is advisable to go early or expect a short wait. Some customers regretted not being able to try their bread, which was sold out during their visit. The bakery provides vegetarian options like the awesome spanakopita, served warm from the oven. Recent visitors enjoyed a bag of bakery favorites, including the incredible spanakopita and a croissant that rivals those found in France. They also loved the apple cinnamon bun for dessert and looked forward to trying other treats like berry cobbler and cheese buns. While some found the prices a bit high for a tourist town, they appreciated the care put into the food, especially the cheese buns, which were considered a great deal.
