The quality of kfc has gone down. The chicken had no seasoning, definitely no 11 herbs and spices. Couldn't recognize what part of the chicken I was eating. What happened to KFC?You guys need to step up your product.
Manpreet is a great employee here and definitely deserves a raise for picking up the slack of others. Give her a raise ! She was a great drive thru specialist. Promote her to Manager ASAP

I finished work late yesterday evening (Tuesday 30-01-2024) and decided to stop and get a meal. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the Tuesday special and the amount of items you get for 2 a dine meal, until I got home. When I open the box, I had 4 pieces of chicken, 2 small fries, 2 small popcorn chicken.
