Maybe the manager could do a better job in teaching/training their staff on how to act and behave when they're working the front end of the restaurant. Do whatever you want in the back but yelling and horseplaying on the front end seems a little inappropriate. Just a little unprofessional and not something I see at any other place. Pay more attention to customers!
The guys here used to care about the product they sold to there customers, slow service, and under cooked pizza when things get busy have become a normalized thing at this location.

I don't know what it is but I feel that the quality has gone downhill in recent years. Pizza nova was once proclaimed by friends and family to be the best pizza chain. I really can't agree anymore.
