I’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened, and it’s become a family favourite. It’s just as good now as ever.We ordered tonight, and got more food than usual. The portions were extra plentiful. It all tasted great, too.My only issue was having to wait. We were told it’d be ready at 7, when we called at 5:30, but I had to wait a little while in the restaurant. I wasn’t expecting that.

There is nothing authentic about this Thai food restaurant. It's still of reasonable quality - it's just not made with authentic ingredients. When asked why, was heavily implied that the correct ingredients would cost too much - which is an odd thing to say.Unfortunately Bowmanville is still without a good Thai restaurant and if that's what you're looking for this is not the restaurant for you.

Service felt like we were lifelong friends. Restaurant was clean and organized. Just the right size for take out. And the food... We're very picky about Thai food. We would drive to the moon for good food and reject the spot next door if they don't get it right. We will FOR SURE be frequent customers. We got Thai spicy noodles with chicken and spicy basil fried rice with chicken. There was just enough spice (to clear my sinuses for a week!), excellent quality meat and fresh crispy veggies. Flavor for days!!! We didn't want it to end, but the great portion size meant we were more than satisfied. We're so thankful to have a go-to Thai spot in Bowmanville!

Absolutely not authentic Thai food (the food is still decent, if you keep that in mind). However considering you can’t call in a pick up order (they never answer), once you get there they don’t even come to the front without calling for them through the curtain, and then wait over an hour to get a small lunch order, I would not visit again.

Changing my 5 star review as it was for the previous owners. There are clearly new owners and the quality has gone way down hill. My go to is always the Chicken Pad C Ew which typically came with wide rice noodles, bok choy, carrots and a delicious sauce. However when we ordered it last week the noodles were the same as pad thai noodles and there was No box choy or carrots. Instead it was uncooked broccoli and peppers. It did not taste the same at all and was quite bland. So very disappointing ?. The people working were very kind however.

This is takeout only but so worth it! Best Thai food outside of Toronto. The chef is so nice too- If I feel like thai, I always come here!Edit: This place has changed hands so many times and the original chef has moved on. Unfortunately, the taste and quality has gone downhill. I've tried giving it many chances, but I'm disappointed every time. Usually bland, but also vegetables that aren't even supposed to be in dishes are usually thrown in now. The spicey noodles are now bland, and the curries are not the same. So disappointed!

So I ordered the chicken satay, tom yum soup with shrimp, spicy thai noodles with beef, chicken and shrimp pad thai, basil rice with bbq pork, crispy tamarind beef and shrimp rolls. All the meats were fresh, delicious and ABUNDANT. This is not a place that will give you like two pieces of meat for an order and say it's a main, and that is so rare, especially these days. I will say the chicken felt a bit overdone in the pad thai, though the satay was great, but I preferred every other protein that I ordered. The shrimp was a standout among standouts in preparation, not at all gamey or overcooked, they were huge, juicy, bouncy, fresh, and hot. The pad thai is the best I have ever had. EVER. And I have had a lot of pad thai in a lot of places over a long period of time. The basil rice was also extremely good, very aromatic and flavourful, the pork in it firm and tender. The soup was comforting and creamy. They listen to order notes very attentively, which is great as someone with food intolerances, allergies, and both needs and likes food prepared a certain way (typically extra spicy). I really appreciated that. They did forget a lot of my order, but the restaurant went above and beyond and delivered it to my address to correct their mistake, and it was all delicious. It does not seem to keep for very long, so be mindful if you mean to have leftovers, but it's fantastic fresh anyway. The shrimp rolls were very tasty, but it felt like the lettuce-to-other-ingredients ratio was very high, and would have liked to see more of others and less of it. I know some needs to be there to hold it all together but it felt like too much. The sauces, ALL the sauces for everything that came with them were fantastic, though. The only other thing is I really, desperately wish this place did mango dishes, especially mango coconut sticky rice which is a staple dessert in thai restaurants. Maybe someday, but the reason why I long for that is because they knocked everything out of the park and would love to see their take on it. For now, I cannot praise this place enough, easily some of the best Thai I've had, and I've had Michelin starred Thai food as well. Thank you for the marvelous experience, can't wait to order again!
