One customer had mistakenly ordered a cappuccino when they meant to order something like an iced coffee. The staff member kindly stopped making the cappuccino and instead made the customer's desired iced coffee, even though it cost more than the original order. The customer was impressed and will definitely return.

Customers praise the amazing atmosphere and staff, especially an employee named Hope. Hope was very helpful in assisting a customer who was unsure of what drink they wanted. She made the customer a sample to try, asked what they liked, and then prepared the perfect iced coffee order for them, even printing it out so the customer would remember it.
