Meh. Been going for a couple of years now. Food is good, service, for the most part is good. I am giving this low rating because the last few times I have shopped there I have been served by a surly gentlemen, probably in his late 50’s, who makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him. There are other Butchers. Moving on.
Well I must say that McMasters steaks are the best we have ever had. We had a summer place in Bracebridge and sold it this summer. Before we left Bracebridge we bought a few steaks to bring home ( we are 6 hours south west of Bracebridge). That was I early August. Tonight we had our last one and it just melted In our mouths. Thank you we will miss your shop.

We drive 75 km to go to this shop, the staff are always so friendly and helpful! The meat pies are in a league of their own, the best we've found anywhere.

I have shopped with Mcmasters since it was at its old location. They are always so helpful and I’m always impressed by the quality of the product that I am able to get from there. As a private chef working in Muskoka this is one of my go to spots!
This place is outstanding and if you haven't tried the sausage rolls .. you gotta #1 in the world.

Amazing butcher shop with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
It may be the most expensive sausage roll you've ever had but they are SSOOOO much better than any other in the world! Easily the best I've ever had ..... quality of meat - quality of pastry - quality of spice blend !!! ... worth every penny.

I've been going to McMaster's for a few years now and have always been amazed by the great quality and services they deliver with every visit. when I was on my way to I was told they moved location closer to town, I was blown away by the new location. when I walked in I didn't know what I liked more. their beautiful show room with bright, clean look or the Sweet mouth watering a Roma of j*** chicken in the air. safe to say I walked out with a bottle of that with my monthly order and can't wait to try it out.
