Without question the only place in Bracebridge to get actual proper sourdough bread . There are other bakeries in town (that will remain nameless here...you figure it out) that claim they are selling sourdough bread, but I have tried the other sources, and there is only one authentic producer of proper sourdough and it's The Oven on highway 118 west just on the edge of Bracebridge. Be your own judge.
I’ve had a lot of pizzas in 60 years. This is my favourite. The crust tastes so good.
I've always said my favorite pizza was while I was in Naples Italy.... until today when we stopped and had a sourdough crust pizza. OMG!!!! best pizza
