I hate leaving bad reviews 😞. When you pay almost $80.00 for dinner you expect to be happy about the food you received. The restaurant is take out only, not sure why but the one in Huntsville is the same. At first glance the sweet and sour shrimp looked burnt/overcooked, but after the first bite we didn’t eat anymore. New Haven Restaurant offers quick and tasty takeout orders at a reasonable price. Customers have noticed an improvement in the food quality, especially with dishes like Chicken wings and General Taos Chicken. While the menu is diverse, there are no standout dishes that keep diners coming back repeatedly. The Fried Singapore noodles are a popular choice. The restaurant provides plenty of vegetarian options, but cross-contamination is uncertain. Parking can be a bit challenging with limited spots available. Overall, New Haven Restaurant is a go-to spot in town for satisfying basic Chinese food cravings, despite lacking staple dishes.
