My Roti Place/My Dosa Place

We were looking for a Caribbean stye Roti, and based on the reviews we finally felt we may have found one outside the TO close to us. Unfortunately the Roti flatbread was stale the filling was mainly sauce and not full of chicken and potatoes as we would usually get. In the city we usually can get a Caribbean Roti from between $12 to $14 and one each would be two meals each for us or we can share one. These Rotis were 15 plus dollars each and after dealing with the stale flatbread and the lack of chicken and potatoes we were disappointed left hungry.

On a positive note and why we did not just give a one star rating was the sauce, although more tomatoy then other Caribbean Rotis we have had, they were actually very tasty.

I’ve ordered from this place multiple times. The dosa and idli are quite good, but the chicken rotis have consistently disappointed. They serve boiled chicken chunks with a flavourless gravy. The butter chicken doesn’t taste like butter chicken at all, and the other chicken dishes I’ve tried have also been very underwhelming. People don’t order food to have this kind of experience. What’s surprising is that their other location have same menu and the food there is much tastier.

I ordered a chicken roti and was really disappointed with the quality. The roti dough was undercooked—soft, doughy, and still tasting like raw flour. Unfortunately, it ended up being the worst roti I’ve ever had. I hope the kitchen can improve the preparation, because it has potential, but this experience was not good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Mind-Blowing Taste and Wonderful Service!

I’m visiting Canada from the UK and happened to casually try My Roti Place / My Dosa Place in Bradford — and honestly, I was mind-blown by how amazing everything was!

I tried only the vegetarian dishes, and every single item was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Mullai Satheesh, who was absolutely fantastic — he suggested a few options that turned out to be spot on!

I visited with my kid, and the small gestures really stood out — they offered a gulab jamun and some papad (phyrums) for my child, both complimentary. Such thoughtful touches truly make a difference.

The staff were friendly, the food presentation was excellent, and overall, it was a memorable dining experience.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Indian food served with genuine hospitality. Definitely one of the best surprises of my trip to Canada! 🇨🇦✨

By far the tastiest roti around! The staff are kind and helpful. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food with excellent flavours!

we went at this place for buffet and the food is totally tasteless and the customer service is not also very good dont waste your money guys its not good and fresh i and my friend didnt like any sigle dish of this place zero rating

Great place to dine in or take out. Nicely decorated, food is fabulous and the staff are very accomodating and respectful. I ordered 4 curries and the Roti and it was fabulous. Nicely done, its great to have this food option in Bradford!
