I ordered a bento chicken and i got not the same as like in the picture..
Size of chicken is also small.

When i asked to swap something out of my combo they straight up told me no. If you have the opportunity go to another popeyes

**Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced – Avoid This Popeyes Location**

I recently visited the Popeyes at Holland Landing Road (484 Holland St W) in Bradford, Ontario, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The supervisor and cashier clearly had no idea what customer service means, which likely explains why this location only has 3.9 stars.

From the moment I walked in, the two staff members at the cash register looked visibly angry and pissed off. When I politely asked why they seemed upset, they straight-up told me they were very tired. That explained everything — their bad attitude carried through the entire interaction.

I asked for a drink refill and they immediately made a big deal about it, insisting I had to pay. When I calmly requested to see the policy that requires payment for refills, the staff member claimed “the policy is locked in the office and no one is allowed to open it.”

I then asked to speak with the manager or the owner. She told me the manager isn’t working today, they don’t keep their phone number, and I should just “come back on Monday.” No apology, no effort to resolve anything — just more excuses.

On top of that, they charged me for large fries but handed me a clearly medium-sized portion. When I pointed it out, they said it was “filled to the top” so it counts as large.

This place feels completely unprofessional. The staff were rude, untrained, and unwilling to help with even the most basic requests. My strong recommendation: Do **not** go to this location unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever. There are plenty of better fast-food options in Bradford — skip this one.

I was so ready to eat my Popeyes but the whole vibe got ruined real quick. I opened the box, started eating, and then I spot a piece of hair in my food. At first I thought maybe I was tripping, but then I moved the chicken around and saw another one, like tangled up in the breading. That’s when I got that instant disgusted feeling, like my appetite just vanished. I couldn’t even look at the rest of the food without feeling grossed out. I started thinking, how does that even happen? Don’t they wear hairnets? It’s wild because you pay for your food expecting it to be clean and fresh, and instead you’re finding hair in it. That’s not just nasty it makes you lose trust in the whole place. I ended up calling and letting them no they don’t understand and all they say is “what’s the problem?” Um so disgusted calling corporate….. so disgusted

I came in wanting to get the pickle line since it was posted up on the walls of the store but then the employee told me it was discontinued. (Then why is it advertised?) then I told the lady to get me 6 pieces of chicken instead. I said I wanted thighs. She gave me not a single thigh in my whole order of 6 pieces. Very disappointed.

Well it was my first time here I came from Pickering to bradford anyway the taste is so good that I haven't had at any other Popeyes all over GTA pls keep the taste always like that smells so good and craving me more and more. I have met the owner he's very down to earth and hard working guy stay blessed and Positive Amen
