It’s a drive-through so atmosphere is not really relevant but there is a walk-in entry for pick up. Service is super quick and easy. Staff is very friendly! It’s probably the most popular drive-thru in Bradford quick in and out if you’re going north on Highway 11 as it turns into Bridge Street. My parents always stop here on the way to my house and always grab me a coffee!
Walk in is slow after about 5pm,
Staff asks for order, you start saying and then they say hold on because they are not prepared to take it.
Every time.
No one here wants to be here.
Update today as a walk in: only customer: ordering 2 sandwiches - 7.5 minute wait

I’ve never ordered food here but use Tim’s whenever I’m on the road. I travel a lot and all over the Province and (so far) I find that this particular Tim’s has the most un-friendly and discourteous staff.
I’ve tried it a few times thinking it might just be new staff but it’s always the same.
Get payment, hand over coffee slam the window shut, all the while keeping up their conversation with other employees.
They really need to be taught...
