“Went to Betty’s today for the first time this season and it was just ok. The staff was very friendly but the poutine was nothing special. I had to ask for more gravy because it was bone dry, and it was $10 for a small. There were tons of wasps around the ordering window, condiments and seating area. I haven’t had the egg rolls from Golden Palace yet this season from Betty’s, but usually they’re great and I would still highly recommend those! I was just disappointed in the poutine and especially because I took someone there for the first time today and it was underwhelming. The scenic view was very nice though!”

“We just enjoyed a pleasant evening at Biryani House. The food was excellent as was the service. We will certainly go back to try other menu selections....tonight we shared Chicken Birani and Shami Kabab. How fortunate we are to be able to have access to this cuisine in Arnprior.”

“My friend and I went for a late lunch yesterday on our way back from Ottawa. This was our second visit. As with our first visit, the meal did not disappoint. The food was AMAZING 👏 😋. “Friends & I went for lunch today and have a marvelous meal. I highly recommend the Turkey brie panini and the butternut squash pasta! The cold watermelon soup was delicious also, I chose to eat it as desert.”

“Wish I could give the atmosphere and service a 10. One of the most ascetically pleasing and pleasant little coffee/botanical shop I have had the pleasure to visit. The great service can be attributed to the owner and staff; who after only a couple visits had already remembered my order and always greeted me with a “good morning and a smile,” which is on par with everybody in this lovely Town of Pakenham. Highly recommend, even if you do not drink coffee. There is something here for everyone. The shelves are filled with beautiful plants, art, artesanal goods and other pieces of interest. I promise you won’t leave empty handed and you won’t be upset about it.”

“The food was great - veggies and meats were cooked to perfection. The sauces could have used just a *little* more salt or acid to bring out all the flavours, however they were still delicious.Service was prompt and polite, with menu items explained when asked. The music was an interesting choice too, not bad but not quite in line with dining, but that's just me.Price-wise, I feel like it's a bit pricey for the portion size you get. If a main stir-fry dish came with a small bowl of jasmine rice, I feel like that would balance the portion-to-price ratio a bit more. It would also act as a fantastic vessel for the tasty sauces.I'm happy to see more places like this in my home region! I'll definitely be back in the future to try your soups.

“This is a place I often come to decompress, enjoy a fog or two and watch the peeps go by in the window on the coveted green couch. The baristas are always friendly and the music is a cool mixed vibe from all genres. Their hot & cold bevies are always delicious and their baked treats mouth watering. “Have driven by this place many times. finally decided to go in. So glad we did. only open on Friday and Saturday nights. Food was delicious and the service was great. The restaurant itself was filled with antiques. Lovely atmosphere. Will go back again for sure.”

“This evening my wife and I went to the Lumbertown Ale House for our supper meal. It was quite possibly the best supper meal we have ever had. My wife had the pasta special and I had chicken, I forget which item on the menu but it was spectacular. The décor and general ambience were really cool – brick and rustic woods – very nice without being pretentious. The front end staff were perfect, everything about the meal was so good I asked one of the staff to hug the chef – if it wouldn’t be too weird. She came back a few minutes later laughing and said it was kinda weird but the chef got hugged. There is nothing about this evening I would change. In closing I was quite content to leave the biggest sober tip I have ever left. Absolutely worth it.”
