“Went to Betty’s today for the first time this season and it was just ok. The staff was very friendly but the poutine was nothing special. I had to ask for more gravy because it was bone dry, and it was $10 for a small. There were tons of wasps around the ordering window, condiments and seating area. I haven’t had the egg rolls from Golden Palace yet this season from Betty’s, but usually they’re great and I would still highly recommend those! I was just disappointed in the poutine and especially because I took someone there for the first time today and it was underwhelming. The scenic view was very nice though!”

“We just enjoyed a pleasant evening at Biryani House. The food was excellent as was the service. We will certainly go back to try other menu selections....tonight we shared Chicken Birani and Shami Kabab. How fortunate we are to be able to have access to this cuisine in Arnprior.”

“This is a place I often come to decompress, enjoy a fog or two and watch the peeps go by in the window on the coveted green couch. The baristas are always friendly and the music is a cool mixed vibe from all genres. Their hot & cold bevies are always delicious and their baked treats mouth watering. Highly recommend OVC…just don’t take my spot on the couch 😂 Kidding…maybe lol!”

“The prices went up alot more than I would have expected, it's disappointing but not surprising seeing as we're likely headed for a depression because of the orange lunatic. Inflation had to hit SHAWVILLE at some point but I didn't expect it to hit this hard. The food was great and the service was phenomenal, but we'll likely be coming less often now because the prices are just too steep.”

Dietary restrictions: The kitchen has a dedicated area for making gluten free pizzas if it is for someone with celiac disease. You just need to tell them and ensure they let the cooking staff know. They take special care by using clean tools and toppings that have not been used for gluten pizzas.”

“It is by far the best restaurant in all of Arnprior. Everything is perfectly delicious. The two featured salads the Honey Lime and the Mandarin Poppy Seed are THE BEST! Seriously, I would say the Honey Lime is the best salad in all of Canada.”

“This Subway on Daniel Street South in Arnprior, ON is the very cleanest that I have ever seen. The Service is second to none and the products are 5/5. The Staff really know what they are doing. My Wife and I each purchased foot long cold cut subs, and, were totally amazed at how good they were. This store and staff should be given a medal. Thank You Subway. “This evening my wife and I went to the Lumbertown Ale House for our supper meal. It was quite possibly the best supper meal we have ever had. My wife had the pasta special and I had chicken, I forget which item on the menu but it was spectacular. The décor and general ambience were really cool – brick and rustic woods – very nice without being pretentious. The front end staff were perfect, everything about the meal was so good I asked one of the staff to hug the chef – if it wouldn’t be too weird. She came back a few minutes later laughing and said it was kinda weird but the chef got hugged. There is nothing about this evening I would change. In closing I was quite content to leave the biggest sober tip I have ever left. Absolutely worth it.”
