“Tuesday morning, decided on stacked in Renfrew. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich with french fries and the french fries were really hot I actually had to wait for them to cool down. Seasoned chicken and ham and bacon and it was fantastic and I would say different if it wasn't.. I had to take half of the I had to take half of the sandwich home because I could not finish it all. My wife ordered eggs benedict with peamale bacon and the pealmale bacon was the same price as just regular bacon so why not... She's got onions on top of the potatoes and again that was really hot but she had to wait for it to cool down and could not finish one of the egg Bennett that pieces and they served two only, so you will probably be bringing one home. Amanda was our waitress and was fantastic in every aspect and very polite and always smiling . First time here and we definitely will be coming back”

“I purchased a rib eye steak on Thursday along with a couple of twice baked potatoes. Honestly it was the best pan fried steak I can remember having. I’m really happy this store is here. I’ll admit the steak was a little expensive but it was well worth it! Everything from the quality of the product to the service is top drawer.”

“We went with our dog and sat outside in -6 C weather, and it was an amazing night. The staff helped us get a fire going, we had blankets to keep warm, we could hear the river rushing next to the patio, and the flights were very reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed their beer - the chocolate milk porter was my favorite! I'm only giving the food 4 stars because by the time we had the fire going and I was OK to sit and eat the food had sat there for a couple of minutes and was getting cold - I'm sure I would have enjoyed it more if we were warm inside, but it was part of the adventure! Looking for a low-key place to have good beer, some pub fare, and stay cozy? This is the place in Calabogie.”
