Have been going for over 15 years…sadly, that all came to an end today. It has closed and doesn’t look like it will reopen; having been removed from the website also. RIP 168. Thanks for the memories.

One of my favorite go to restaurants for AYCE sushi in Brampton. But I'm afraid this place seems to no longer be operating.I tried to visit earlier this evening and the lights were all off and doors locked with a notice saying they were closed as of January 22n 2024 because they are out of lease.Who knows if they'll reopen again. I hope they do.

The price of this Japanese restaurant is the same every day!Lunch is $24.99 per person and dinner is $34.99 per person, the same on holidays.A very good dining experience, great service, good food, and freshly prepared ingredients.

I recently ordered my typical 106 Pieces Sushi & Sashimi Boat Platter. This time when I ordered it they decided to give me 52 Pieces of Maki, 30 Pieces of Sushi and a dozen Sashimi. It's not even 100 pieces....I tried contacting them and nicely asked if I may have gotten someone else's order because this isn't the same Platter I have been getting. Sophia, the manager, said I placed the wrong order and should of ordered the 174 Pieces Platter of Sushi, Maki and Sashimi. This didn't make sense to me because first of all, that option is not available in Ubereats menu and why would I order another Platter with more Maki in it? Unfortunately, Sophia wasn't interested in hearing my issue but instead went out of her way to try to blame the error on me. This will be the last time I ever order from 168 Japan Buffet. I just hope they would look at their online menu and update it accordingly if they made changes. Then perhaps they wouldn't have to deal with such issues that they are not equipped, trained or care to. They have zero respect for their customers. Specially Sophia the manager.

A go-to sushi restaurant for my friends and I for years. A bit pricy all-you-can-eat, but always consistently delicious.

Dining room a little dated visually. Good service people. Food was good. Ordering off Ipad can get confusing between orders you can over order and not be able to finish. Good place!

I am writing this review to express my displeasure in the service at this restaurant. I am a regular customer here with friends and it's a disappointment when the staff is so unfriendly and inflexible. It is an AYCE style so when ordering food you have lots of plates brought to your table. We always ask for a bigger table because of this. For our comfort. However, every time we visit the staff argues with you and are not friendly at all. I went there the other night and again the lady that was sitting us wanted us to sit at a small table I asked for a table of 4 and was told no. The restaurant was not busy at all with many tables available. This was a Sunday at approximately 630pm so they likely were not going to get any busier. We told them we were going to go to a different sushi buffet and she said fine and we left. Business lost for approximately 90$ because of being inflexible in accommodating our request. Very disappointing !!!This poor cusomter service is a good way to lose regular customers

Service was rushed and we needed to keep asking for things. Soy, wasabi, ginger. Tablet wouldn't work properly so we needed to use our phones to order. Food is still good. Take out may be a better option.

Great food, but less than Japanese quality service. Updated January 1, 2024: sit down service exceptionally bad; impatient waiter just wanted to shove plates onto the table. Order tablet not working, we were advised to scan a QR code on our own phone to order.

I am shocked that this placed charged my 10 month only baby $7.99 to eat. The lady said she saw him eating fries!!! No buffet places charges babies to eat. He ate a few pieces off my plate. I went with my husband and 2 other children so the bill came up to 150. She should have told us when we got there that there is a charge for a 10 month old baby.
