Food used to be great, but over the past two months, we feel that something has changed (same thing happened with the Avondale location). The base sauce they are using is way too sour. We got a different flavour this time to see if it would be better, and the base is the same sour sauce. Way too sour, and can’t finish one pound. This combined with their loaded fries ranch sauce (which is also now more sour than it used to be) is just too much, and no longer appetizing. Please change your base sauce to what you previously had. Also, the loaded fries are never actually loaded-barely any chili or onion.

I like it but they can reduce the fat and can change oil more often . I smelled burnt oil in the food .
The food was good but they say it’s a pound of wings but it’s just over a half a pound only 8 small wings in each box at the other locations they gave 12-14 wings of the same size wings for a lb.

I ate here and became sick the fries were not even cooked fully thru the wings seemed fine but at this point who knows what was wrong. The staff was in the back laughing and talking loud and after saying my food would take 15 minutes... I got it later than that and the store wasn't even busy only my order..

Usually the go to wing spot, good food. I ordered 3 hours before on Super Bowl day and I waited in line for almost an hour… like cmon, your expecting it to be busy be more organized. Honestly baffling how they handled it today.

Great atmosphere! Love the music that they played and the service was great as well. Ordered spicy garlic parm wings and loaded fries. The wings were large in size and tasted pretty good, however the loaded fries were just gross. Cold and topped with yoghurt??? Not too sure. Regardless, I’d say worth the price as the quantity of food is well priced.

Im giving 3. Food is good. Service is bad. Made a phone order at 6:55pm told it will be ready in 20minutes. Came in at 7:25pm wasn’t ready. Waited for another 15minutes. Food got ready at 7:45. I think They dont make your order until you get to the store imo. understand that it’s busy at times but at least be transparent on the wait time. you can also hear kitchen staff arguing with the front when they were advised to speed up my order. Very disappointing experience. Hope you guys get better on service, during these times time is very essential as it is crazy cold. Theres only about 3 people dined in. Communication is essential as well. Again food is good otherwise. Hope this review helps you develop faster service.

Bought a platter with 4 flavours. One of them was so salty and sour that it was inedible. When asked to exchange the flavour, restaurant said they couldn’t do anything about it due to head office rules. Very unsatisfied. Any other restaurant would replace the food or offer a refund. Overall food and service was very average. Not worth the price.
