Had a hard hit of the AM Munchies…. Needed to try the frozen rootbeer….
This did NOT disappoint !! This is now my go to drink anytime I’m able to get my grubby paws One of these. Aside from the 2x teen burgers and poutine I wolfed down, I needed a second frozen rootbeer…. Damn…. God dayum…. Eff my ice caps with chocolate milk…. I’m gunnin STRAIGHT for these bad boys….

This is such an horrible experience, team member Harinder and Manager/ worker called Manpreet made it a very bad Service and she did not understand our order. We are pure vegetarians and she gave us beef burgers instead of clarifying she wouldn’t be considerate and help us redo the order as well. She was calling a team memeber called Harinder who was not even listening to our order and mentioned he was her “witness”. Very poorly done order and absolute worst behaviour of Manpreet towards customers. She would not even help or try to understand our concern and wouldn’t accept for a refund because we got our order wrong. Overall I had an horrible experience in ordering drive thru and it was a very poor service from A&W restaurants.

Had a very pleasant experience with this store today, the food was fresh and hot, and the staff was extremely helpful, especially for me being a difficult customer due to my allergy, I didn’t expect to be treated in such a nice way, but Jaspreet Kaur made my day by being so understanding
