The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with facel matter all up the toilet seat and had been there since at least this afternoon when I visited earlier it’s now 10pm and still disgusting

I have always liked A&W and the Habanero Chicken Burger used to be my favorite. But recently, I’ve been very disappointed with the quality at this location.

Twice now, after a long day at work, I ordered a Habanero Chicken Burger only to find that the patty was not fresh at all. It looked and tasted like it had been fried multiple times, which completely ruins the experience—especially when you’re hungry and looking forward to a meal you’ve always enjoyed.

The last time this happened, I called and spoke with Simran. She apologized and offered me a free burger, but I explained that it’s not about getting something for free—it’s about serving food that’s fresh and up to the quality A&W is known for. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again.

When I called back, I was told that if customers don’t specifically request a “freshly made burger,” they will just be given whatever is already prepared—even if it’s not fresh. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should expect a fresh, good-quality burger without having to make a special request.

This has happened twice now, and it’s really disappointing from a brand I’ve always trusted. I hope A&W takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards at this location.

Ordered masala veggie combo. It was best burger i ever had from a&w. Narinder(urf nindi) served me. This guy was so polite and helpful. It was worth spending every penny. Must visit and help them to boost their business.

I am satisfied with service provided.I visited that location before as well but customer service wasn’t that good.Staff was rude before but new at night today was very professional and polite.
I usually avoid Brampton drive through restaurants because of rude staff but today they won my vote 👍🏻👍🏻
