I’m aware this is SUCH a first world problem but regardless companies need to do a little bit better and go the extra mile for customers especially if they want any of my money. Also it upset my mom so it upsets me. Had a coupon for 2 egger combos. My mom can’t drink regular coffee but they don’t have decaf (we didn’t realize this when we got in the drive thru). Truly thought it would be no big deal to just sub something else like a small fountain drink or apple juice or extra hashbrown but no they still wanted to charge 70 cents extra for a small fountain drink. Honestly just turns me off when these big rich companies are asking for an extra 70 cents. Not everyone can drink regular coffee and honestly it shouldn’t be that big of a deal to give someone a substitute without up charging them!!! Like come on. I also asked for a latte which is a 1.50 up charge (totally fine by me), but my mom ended up with no drink at all with her combo… Surely the 1.50 for my latte could’ve been voided at that point considering we left with no second drink for my mom but I guess they need every cent they can get… don’t think I’ll be going back bc when companies can’t lift a finger to make a customers day a little bit easier and hear them out then they dont need me as a customer

Don’t come here often, but every time I do, it’s solid. Staff is polite and the place was clean when I visited. It’s not my regular go-to, but when I’m in the mood for A&W, it delivers.
