I am writing to commend the exceptional service I recently received at your A&W location on 75 Resolution Drive in Brampton, Ontario. On my visit, two female staff members demonstrated remarkable teamwork and efficiency. Their coordinated efforts created a seamless and highly enjoyable dining experience, and the quality of the food served was outstanding.
However, while I was thoroughly impressed by their performance, I must also express a significant concern regarding the safety measures in place for these valuable employees. In the current environment, ensuring a secure working environment for all staff is paramount. I observed that the area where the cashiers operate their register appeared to be quite open and potentially exposed.
I believe that enhanced protective measures could be considered to safeguard your employees, especially those who are often on the front lines providing direct customer interaction. These dedicated individuals are clearly vital assets to your establishment, delivering excellent service that significantly contributes to your brand's reputation. It is imperative that they are afforded the highest level of protection possible while performing their duties.

The customer service was really good from the time I ordered. I had breakfast (dine in) and they brought me my coffee and food to my table - that was a nice touch for a fast food restaurant. All the tables were cleaned and ready for use.

Spend $20 get a very sloppy burger , cold poutine with hard fries. Dude at window acts like he is feeding a dog. No customer service . Never going back . Was a regular after 5 cold poutines I had enough
