I ordered yesterday veg burger and employee give me chicken burger and when I eat that I see it is non veg very irresponsible staff . So please careful everyone whenever you ordered veg double check with the staff is it right

When ordering a MUSHROOM burger that’s what I said apparently you have to say MUSHROOM ‘melt’ burger mushroom isn’t enough or you get this crap for $9.00. Joy K said so. Definitely not worth the price. I hope A&W reimbursed the unsatisfied customers. Seems to happen quite often after reading the reviews,with wrong orders being given and being told that’s what we ordered smh.

I visited A&W 5 mins ago, Joy K was the cashier, she is so rude and don't have any sense of respect towards the customer, she handed me the wrong order and then shouted on me for her own mistake. 0 customer service skills. So disappointed to visit there.

Had a terrible experience at A&W at BCC. First of all the staff doesn’t know how to greet customers, there’s always one lady that take orders, she wears a black mask all the time, she’s very mannerless & rude, they never wear their name tags, it is mandatory to have name tags all the time. If you ask their name ‘o boy’ they will start fighting with you, and there’s no manager we get to talk to about our issue, it’s only that lady that wears a mask. Me and my co- workers often come to eat at A&w as we all work at BCC. But now we have actually stopped going to a&w, coz everyone of us find that lady extremely rude and annoying.

I tried there peri peri chicken deal and that was so bad patti was smaller than nugget and that peri peri sauce taste like indain achar (pickle) . fries was good .but bad deal .plzzz don't put inadian taste in every single thing.
