Had a terrible experience at A&W at BCC. First of all the staff doesn’t know how to greet customers, there’s always one lady that take orders, she wears a black mask all the time, she’s very mannerless & rude, they never wear their name tags, it is mandatory to have name tags all the time. If you ask their name ‘o boy’ they will start fighting with you, and there’s no manager we get to talk to about our issue, it’s only that lady that wears a mask. Me and my co- workers often come to eat at A&w as we all work at BCC. But now we have actually stopped going to a&w, coz everyone of us find that lady extremely rude and annoying.

I tried there peri peri chicken deal and that was so bad patti was smaller than nugget and that peri peri sauce taste like indain achar (pickle) . fries was good .but bad deal .plzzz don't put inadian taste in every single thing.

Food was really good. But the lady at the counter was so horrifying. We were sitting in front of them at the table, she was giving weird looks to us. If you want more customers, better change your staff or teach them to smile.

I visited this A&W today after my shopping, it was a takeaway order, first of all, if you're not interested in doing the work, don't know how to interact with people, please don't do customer service, I got my burger and came home, burger was having fungus on it, I've attached the picture, please don't serve this kind of food to people, I immediately got stomach ache, check your things everyday. I'm so pissed off right now and no one is answering my calls from this store.

I came here today around 6:45 there was a lady wearing mask took our order she was so rude and showing no interst to take order. I ordered burger and drink and i tried to pay my card got declined and my friend paid on my behalf and i was talking to her that my card got declined in need to fix that that lady i thought she is supervisor in the store she started shouting at me and said why you are making faces , i told her what do you mean by that she explained that i make face on her which was totally wrong i was talking to my friend about my card and she started swearing me in front of other customer i told her that did you understand our language because you dont know what we talk and she told me to get out from here infront of other customer she was totally ignoring other customer waiting to order and continue fighting with me i told her you need to learn to do customer service because this is not the way to react even if she missunderstood infront of crowd of other employees. Afterthat i even dont want to eat the food when she told me to get out from here. I worked in food place to honestly think so this not the way to deal with customer or provide service to anybody . Its really bad impression i am not hoing to come at that location ever before because manager or owner need to give this position to those who respect their customer rather than reaction on someones expression which she is not even sure that its for her or not.
