The little girls working there this evening refused to give my little boy a root beer refill after filling his cup with ice. I wondered why they said no, every time we have been to A&W, they have always given us refills if we ask. I went to ask and the two little girls were laughing at me. They were so unprofessional and disrespectful. My kids like A&W but this unprofessionalism and rudeness will prevent me from spending money at this company again.

Thanks god I didn’t read some reviews and went and purchased lunch today with my family, was a great decision?The tall young lady at front did excellent job from customer service points by politely happy to serve and smiling face got our orders and also passed my special request to the kitchen person. She recommended add on sale and was good tips. Price was very good, burgers came well done and the best potatoes fries in market ? white manager was very helpful with our other steps. Overall 5 star to front desk, manager and the person in the kitchen. Recommend ??
