i also worked at A&W for one year and i never seen staff treating people with bad expressions and they are not following the rules of repeating the orders and giving slips and mine order is for dine in and they packed the order that is fine first i just don’t want to write the review like there are so many bad reviews for this restaurant for my order i said easy on spicy and put mayo it seems they don’t care about my order because its just one burger Owner should discuss these things in climate meeting because this is why you guys are arranging meetings i don’t know the names of staff but the time is 4:45pm on 23 November Saturday 😐

Do NOT order online from this location.. they make your food with left over scraps that would otherwise not be fit to serve in person. My patty was in several pieces, with random small cut up pieces of tomato's and other toppings instead of the proper ingredients. The workers here are lazy and do not care.

Imagine having a mobile order but the order still takes 15 minutes to be complete. This was for one burger. The cashier was rude she also started my order late which is the opposite reason for mobile orders.

I am not a meat lover but I have tried masala veggie burger in here. It was really delicious and perfect for me. I loved the petty a lot and would surely recommend to all the vegetarian people to try that out.

I ordered a Nashville hot cruncher as I love Nashville hot sauce but it seems like the chef just put a drop of souce and when I complained about it to the server, she asked me open a the burger and look closely on the top of patty. Just want to ask are you guys run out souce or just love to trick your customers. 2nd point, I asked her to give me some extra mayo and she refused it. Strong suggestions to you please either stock up your inventory or just train your staff about how to refuse in. Polite way.

I went to the drive through first off all no one took my order for long and when i thought if driving up to the window for my order no one was even acknowledging that a car is there and after a girl named Livleen gill came and she took the order as if she doesn’t care and she did not even felt sorry about this situation moreover it felt like she was doing a favor while taking our order.
