It was my first in A&W. Everything was perfect- food, exceptional customer service, and cleanliness. The staff are very polite and soft spoken especially Gurjit Kaur, she made our order and suggested us a best meal in Vegetarian. She is doing very good and deserves to be on a higher position like supervisor as she supervised everything perfectly. Chetan is also very good employee. Thanks, I will visit again for sure.

I always stop by for breakfast and the sweet white girl with glasses who works there is always so nice to me. I’m not sure what her name is because I’ve never asked but she’s always really friendly and makes the whole experience better. Little things like that are why I keep coming back. Great service every time from her:) She is new but I hope she knows she's doing amazing and always makes my day. She goes out of her way to make conversation with me while I wait for my order, it feels really welcoming and friendly, you don't see that a lot nowadays.

i always come in every tuesday morning to see brooklyn for my breakfast and she’s honestly the sweetest. she always makes the experience so much better with her kindness and good energy. because of her, i’ve been recommending a&w to all my family and friends. definitely one of the best parts of my week :)

The food is always cold. The burgers and fries are not freshly made upon orders. They are both pre made which causes the food to be cold and hard. The service is non friendly and simple request for ketchup or napkins are frowned upon. Head office needs to do a service check.

I’ve ordered a few times using the UberEats app and every time there has always been a missing part of my order, or incorrect beverage given. Could it be a glitch—possibly. But, I highly doubt it as I would always have missing apple pies with all my orders. Ridiculous. Also, the beef burgers I’ve had are definitely not cooked well enough (based on my personal experience of course). Definitely will not be ordering or going back to this location ever again.

I’ve been visiting this location regularly for the past year, and I want to highlight the consistently excellent service I’ve received from Jaspreet.
Her customer service is truly commendable—always friendly, attentive, and efficient. Every visit has been a pleasant experience thanks to her professionalism and warm attitude.
Among all the staff, Jaspreet’s consistently stands out for providing exceptional service.
Jaspreet was the one who recommended me to try masala veggie and I must say that I love it and I’m a regular customer for Masala Veggie burger preferable only to this location only because of best customer service provided by Jaspreet.
She definitely need appreciation.

I had a great experience at the A&W in Shoppers World Brampton! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The service was even better Raman was super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was perfect. Really appreciate the great customer service. Definitely coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two Beyond Meat burgers, and both were completely stale. I went back to let the staff know, but the cashier refused to believe me and kept arguing instead of listening. After going back and forth, she finally agreed to remake them, but then told me to return the half eaten sandwiches and said, “But you’re already eating it,” in a very rude tone.

I was shocked by the attitude and lack of basic customer service. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free( i even paid for my new sandwich)— I just wanted what I paid for. Instead, I ended up being talked to disrespectfully. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at A&W, and I hope management addresses this behavior.
