Wow quality has gone down terribly. They used to make you fresh food can you imagine you’re hungry at 3 am, and they give you an old, dry, stale burger, and limp fries like the oil taste is so old? They used to make fresh I came here for years but I guess these new ppl don’t take in pride in their job. Disgusting straight to the garbage. It’s a shame because this used to be one of the best locations. Don’t come here! The staff don’t serve fresh food! You will waste your hard earned money !

Drive thru service is horrible. Everytime the waiting time is 20-25 mins. Even if there is only one car in the drive thru.

I ordered a chicken blt combo with poutine. When I checked the order 15mins later they put a knife instead of a fork! It wasn't even busy. I called the store but they cut my call when the petro lady was giving them the phone.. garbage customer service
