Went yesterday to have just filter coffee but the fragrance made me order idli vada combo and rava onion masala dosa. This has to be the best south Indian food I have had. The servers are so friendly and have smiles on their face. The service is amazing and so is food. 3 different chutneys and flavourful sambhar. Food is fresh and tastes authentically amazing. Definitely visiting back soon and no more Annalaxmi now

I have been here 2-3 times prior to today and the food has been good and customer service. However, today we orders 2 plain dosa and 1 Rava and there were all tasted really bad to the point we wanted to throw up. The Rava dosa was so so so sweet it was like eating a gulab juman soaked in sugar syrup. The team saw I didn’t even eat more then few bites but we still paid the full price despite us telling them that it was so sweet that we can not even eat it. The dosas themselves also took a really long time to come that we were just considering cancelling the order. I will not be coming here again unfortunately.

Nice place with a good ambience and comfortable seating. We ordered the idli–vada combo, rava dosa, and filter coffee. The food was good overall—idli and vada were fresh, rava dosa was crisp. The sambar was okay, not amazing, but the chutneys were nice. Filter coffee was enjoyable.
Not exceptional food-wise, but a pleasant overall experience and a decent spot if you’re craving South Indian food

Hands down the best South Indian restaurant in Toronto. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and I love their filter coffee and dosas. My go-to dishes are the Poori Masala and Pongal—always delicious! Their staff is super sweet and efficient

Very busy place. Using very little dough for dosa. Paper thin, and full of oil. Very little potato curry also. Like 2 spoons. No sambar, peanut chutney, like they serve on a plate. Paid more than $15 and got small dosa, still felt hungry after. Stingy shop
