We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant serving authentic South Indian dishes. Our table tried a variety of dosas — Mysore Masala Dosa, Onion Rava, Masala Dosa, Pav bhaji Dosa, and Podi Masala Dosa — and every single one was flavorful, crisp, and perfectly prepared. The chutneys and sambar complemented the dosas beautifully, making the whole meal feel truly special.

A special thanks to Pradeep, our server, who made the experience even better. He was attentive, warm, and ensured everything reached our table fresh and on time. His recommendations helped us pick the right dishes, and his friendly approach made us feel very welcome.

Last night it was our first experience at maruthi. The food was so fingerlicking, we can’t resist ourselves to visit again soon. The staff is very welcoming but i would like to give special praise to miss Helen and Mr Rajveer to provide us amazing customer service. Thank you guys for representing our indian food and customer service at this wonderful level.

We made a long weekend trip to Toronto, and one of the highlights turned out to be our visit to Maruthi South Indian Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome – their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the pongal vada, and I can honestly say it was the best pongal I’ve ever had. Our group of eight tried a variety of dishes – kuttu paratha, ghee podi dosa, idli – and everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly. What impressed us was the consistency in taste and quality across such a diverse spread.

I usually stay away from sweets, but their Mysore Pak completely changed my mind. It was so delicious that I ended up eating way more than I planned!

Maruthi is more than just a restaurant – it felt like a warm and memorable part of our trip. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic South Indian flavors paired with outstanding service.

This is our goto place for South Indian food these days. Restaurant is clean and has a nice ambience. Food tastes good but there’s usually a long wait time. Serving sizes are a bit smaller compared to other places, and we’re not sure if they offer free refills for items like sambar or chutneys. Overall, a good spot for South Indian meals.

Food is good but poor customer queue management. They don’t keep a count on first come , random calls for table allotment.

It was a really authentic South Indian cuisine experience,texture and taste of the Mysore masala was really good!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Maruthi Restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. Vignesh’s service and support were truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we tried was delicious, full of authentic flavor, and served fresh. Price-wise, it’s excellent value for money considering the quality and generous portions. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would happily recommend to anyone.

They best taste and most authentic south indian food. The best Hospitality and most sweet staff. Just one request @maruthi please add coke zero.… because we are requesting it from last 2 months but we don't know why they don't add. Everything is perfect just a recommendation do try them
