Vidu has excellent hospitality skills. Love the food especially sambhar!! Must try cheese spring dosa it’s soooo delicious omggggg!

Very very disgusting food . Just went in to buy idly and vada . Was really disappointed with the taste . We are from south of India where we relish vada. The vada here was horrible . It was extremely sour . I have never tasted such bad Vada even in the college canteens .

If I could give less than a star, I would. The customer service was downright disrespectful. I don't know the name of the hostess but when I notified her that the washroom has no toilet paper, she was disgruntled and told me to use another one,like it was my problem. Mind you they were all in very bad condition. A place that has no respect for cleanliness has no place for me to dine. I wish I got her name. So mad 💢

We went to the Brampton location for a Dosa time with our friends.We tried different types of Dosa and their paper Masala dosa was the best.Sambar was so delicious.Also the Madraz coffee a must try.Nice pleasant atmosphere.Very clean.Very good services . Azat was our server and he was very friendly. Helped us to pick the varieties that we weren’t not much familiar with. Thank you and will be back soon!

Good Food, big portion.
Swaminaryan options available.
Service is and cleaning is big issue.
Washroom is broken from about 6 to 8 months no one care..washrooms are dirty no cleaning.
Service is getting worse every single time.
It was our go to place but now have to think about it.
No one attend you for 20 minutes even its not busy hour .. not taking order asking for extra sambhar you can finish your Dosa but no sign untill you finish.
Employees and management both loosing quality.

The service was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly without being intrusive. They made great recommendations and checked on us at just the right times. (PAPPU) BEST ONE

Food and services is worse we ordered 3 dosa all 3 there masala was smelling and testing bad . When we ask them they bring another masala for taste which they prepared in the morning same day which was good . It mean they were serving old and bad . When we left even they were not agree that there masala is bad even next table was doing same complaint. Also restaurant was not clean you can see mosquitos .
At the end they were asking us to in full even of smelly food

I visited today, and unfortunately, the service was very poor. We were served with dosas stuffing made from rotten potatoes—it had a terrible smell that was clearly not from any spices. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of addressing the issue, they defended it by claiming it was just the aroma of spices. Honestly, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be visiting this place again.
