We had an event here yesterday for 23 people, and it was a complete disappointment. Nothing was organized, the tables weren’t set up, there were no servers, and the place seemed totally short-staffed. The live music that was promised never happened, and everything felt chaotic and confusing from start to finish.

What made it worse was that we couldn’t even take the food we had paid for. The entire experience felt unprofessional and careless. We trusted this venue for a special gathering, but instead, we left feeling frustrated and ripped off. Definitely not the kind of service you expect after paying in full.

I’m writing to express our disappointment with the experience at your venue yesterday. We hosted an event for 23 guests, and unfortunately, it fell far below our expectations.

The tables were not set up as agreed, there were no servers assigned to assist us, staffing appeared very limited, and the promised live music was missing altogether. The entire evening felt disorganized and chaotic, leaving us feeling frustrated and quite let down.

We had chosen your venue based on its reputation and the assurances given during our booking, so it was truly disheartening to see things handled so poorly.

Don't judge a book by its cover... the exterior of this venue does not inspire confidence when choosing somewhere to eat. However, upon entering this location, I was pleasantly surprised by the updated interior and stylish lighting accents. The interior is nothing like the exterior. Modern by most standards, which typically means over priced food and smaller portions. The group is was with ordered a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and all came in short order. Standouts in my opinion were the non veg momo's, and the tandoori chicken skewers. The Tandoori Chicken specifically were tender and very flavorful. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great experience. We went there last night, enjoyed a lot. Ambience, food and service provided by staff made the best experience.

Absolutely unbelievable. I've had bad tasting chicken at times over the years but this place takes the crown in making the worst tasting chicken I can think of. And no it wasn't a fluke. Ordered kadhai chicken first which didn't look and taste like it so I returned it and ordered chicken tikka masala instead and that appeared to be just the same with a little red color added to the gravy. Maybe the housekeeping staff doubles up as chef or something. Server was nice though, she did gladly offered to replace but unfortunately couldn't to much as the kitchen wasn't supportive enough. Hire a chef guys.

We live nearby this restaurant and has been visiting them frequently. Now they have digital menu. My guests were not comfortable using cellphones to scan digital menu to order the meal. Upon request for a physical menu the server denied saying they dont have a physical menu. Later we left this place, however message to owner is as per provincial law, the Healthy Menu Choices Act (HMCA), you must have a physical menu.
