Went from being one of the best places to now becoming one of the worst places. We have been loyal customers for a number of years now but consistently for the past 6 months the food has gotten worse and the quality has become abysmal.

I really wanted to give 5 stars and was very excited to try out their biryani as it seemed like the one I was searching for. Taste was good but what really disappointed me was the amount of chicken that was in each box I ordered. I ordered 4 boxes and all 4 had two small pieces of chicken may be its because I got it towards the closing around 8 pm but still, not alright for $10 per box. This could have definitely deserved 5 stars other wise. Please be a bit generous..🙏🏼

Ordered Lamb biryani tray which was really delicious and even qty was good but they gave green chutney instead of yoghurt Raita which was not a right combination I believe

They have gotten worse day by day. Do not fooled by the reviews.
I had ordered a lamb biriyani on Friday. I picked up at 8.00pm. While we were having it, miracles happened..' A Lamb biriyani is without Lamb'. I called them. They asked me to bring the Biriyani for them to inspect. I packed the Biriyani and went there same night. The lady at the reception opened the box and stated " you already ate 30% of it, and we can not give you another one". I shared no one asked to give a free biriyani. My concerns was there was no meat in the lamb biriyani, as you guy's asked to bring it for you to inspect I did. i wanted you guys to ensure customers are not surprised when they start eating. I left the place without taking back my food.

I aske to speak to the manager- the lady shared there is no manager. i asked to speak to the owner, she said the owner does not have a phone number and can to ask him to give a call back. i shared i have left with no option but to write a review...

The lady shared " we don't care about what you post in the review, we are just a staff here" .

Overall, very bad experience and i was having their food for past 7 years on and off.... the quality has come down over last tow years as well as their customer services.

Ordered chicken biryan, lamb karahi and naan.
Biryani rice smelled as if it wasn't wash prior cooking or cooked in same water it was soaked in.??
Karah was okay, nothing special.
Naan was fresh and yummy
There is .65 cent credit Care use FEE

Not sure if this should be a restaurant serving food to anyone. Got tikka leg, biryani, nihari and karahi and none of those things were those in either taste or look. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I have to say, food was really good especially the Naan, veal karhai and the chicken kabab. The attendant was very helpfull and accommodating. We wanted to substitute an item from the platter and she was able to do it. We went during lunch hours on a weekday so it wasn't busy at all. There is lots of seating available. This place is a little far from my house so won't make an extra trip to go there but, if we are in that area, we will definitely choose this place over something else.

Vegetarian options: They had a good list of vegetarian options on the menu.

They send me boiled rice without any flavours and chicken without marination...1 star .. totally disappointing and tasteless.

I have been getting food from them for few years now and their food is pretty decent but recently got catering done from them for about 50ppl and the food was really delicious. Every single guest asked us where we got the food from.

I am not sure if there was a different chef but food tasted very different then when we just do a takeout from them.

I’ve been buying food from here from so long it used to be good but now the quality is bad. This is a halal restaurant there should be Muslim workers, it’s a shame you can’t hire Muslims or even Pakistani people. I don’t trust that it’s made in a clean environment. Good luck with your business
