2 things made this a horrible experience at this location:
1. The server had an "I hate my job attitude" and she doesn't hide it at all. 2. They wanted me to pay extra for more queso and topping on the chips n Friess.
Look at the difference in the pics. She put queso on ONE chip and THREE fries! The portion and service is miles below what I usually get at any other location. I swear, it's not worth spending your $ here. Just go to a different burrito place, like 3mins away.
Edit: Owner, stop replying to reviews as if you plan on changing crap. You've been replying for months. You and that location are trash

Such a worst place to visit ever,, extremely rude employees,, served food’s portion was extremely less. We ordered bowls and quesadilla. Bowls were half of size. Server did not put enough veggies and cheese on quesadilla. Will never be visiting again. This place is not recommended . Dont waste your money here rather go to other burrito locations. 000000000000000 starrrrrrrsssssss

this place has gone so downhill. first of all the worker was extremely rude when i asked to not have chips in my b box. secondly the portion sizes are absurd. 15$ for a tiny quesadilla where they don’t even put enough cheese to get the tortilla to stick to itself. extremely rude to guests and then she spilled my food on the counter and didn’t do anything about it when i already had the tiniest portion. i will NEVER come here again and neither will my family or friends. absolutely disappointing. don’t waste your money here!! go to burrito boyz down the street.

Quantity not good and the representative is so rude
Food quality is terrible. The chicken for the burritos are now sitting in water all day with no seasoning. They dump the wet chicken into the burrito which makes it soggy and taste old. Very stingy with ingredients that look outdated. Will not be back. Zero stars if possible
