I’ve ordered many custom cakes from this Baskin Robbins location, and every single experience has been amazing. The manager is truly a gem … incredibly knowledgeable, creative, and so easy to work with. She always has the best ideas, and the flavours, designs, and overall presentation of every cake have never failed me. Even though this location is a bit farther for me now, I’ll gladly make the trip every time because no one else comes close to the quality and care she puts into her work. Highly recommend for all custom cake orders! 💕🎂✨

Normally it’s good place for different flavours of ice cream, visit this place many times, today visit was terrible, my daughter’s favourite was just ice, no creamy texture. It happened to ice when it’s too old. They should keep on track the slower selling flavours specially best before date. Staff always nice. My suggestion if you buying slow running item, taste it before buy

I was in charge of cakes last minute for a birthday we were celebrating and I had no idea what I wanted to buy! Huge thank you to Rishu for her amazing customer service in helping me find two perfect cakes! She was super patient with me explaining multiple times all the different flavours and option of cake while I was trying to decide what to buy. I never felt rushed or pressured, she was super knowledgeable and was able to even customize an already made cake just to fit my vision better! I left the store overly satisfied and extremely happy with my purchase, thank you again Rishu! You are the reason I will be coming back for future events! :)

Today 29/10/25 evening or night shift near about 9:30pm,Staff don’t know how to deal with customers.we all know this time is end of shift but still you are on work,first they did not listen property what we order and than go for billing directly did not ask for toppings or any other order..

Extremely dissatisfied. This was my go to baskin for years with previous owners. Never coming back. Had ordered a cake ahead of time and specifically requested for ice due to long drive . At pick up time they had no ice.
