Today, I went to buy my family ice cream. I always order the same thing every time I go, and everyone in my family will only eat their preferred ice cream. When I got to the last flavour, I decided to walk away to the cash register and not watch the young girl put the correct ice cream in the cup for me. I paid and walked away to my car. Within three minutes, I noticed she had given me the wrong ice cream flavour. The receipt says the cashier's name is Anil. When I came inside and kindly mentioned the mistake, Anil was extremely rude and disrespectful. All I asked was for her to give me the right flavour because she heard wrong and she was showing so much attitude it was utterly disgusting. I experienced the most horrible customer service. She told me that the only way I would get the right flavour was if I bought a brand-new ice cream even though I already paid and didn't open the one she made a mistake with. At every fast food place and restaurant when there is a mistake the worker finds a way to make it right. Anil kept refusing to give me the flavour I needed acting as if she was the manager. I told her this was ridiculous and to call her manager asap. And of course, the manager agreed her employee was in the wrong. The managers at this location must give their employees proper training on how to provide proper customer service and to not act rude and disrespectful to be right with attitude. As well as the fact that she isn't a manager and doesn't know everything. I've been shopping here for many years and after this experience, I don't even want to shop here anymore if I'm going to get belittled and disrespected about a mistake the employee made.

Muskan was so friendly and smiled from the moment we entered until we left. I was a district manager for a large chain restaurant and it’s rare to see a young lady as friendly as she was especially in Brampton in the service industry she said her name meant smile and she had to live up to the name. Wonderful experience Great employee. Well done!

Just bought this fresh ice cream pack for which they charge more than readymade packs. One associate filled it to top in front of me, then she weighed (first time I have seen them weigh) and talked with another associate. While I was paying, another associate without talking to us removed the major portion of it and packed it.
This is what I see when I opened it, almost 25-30% lesser ice cream. THIS IS SECOND TIME WE HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS.
Really disappointed with this shameful practise they are looting us with.
