If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is filthy, and you will get sick. The management sucks and is rude. She and her husband are always on the defence. Please avoid this place at all costs. There are other close locations nearby.

The place was good. There were two ladies at customer service, however one lady at the counter was indirectly rude as we were kids having ice cream. She didn't even let me taste the flavors I asked for. She said "Ask your companion for how was the taste"!! Seriously why you guys want to take advantage over kids! , (she thought we BOTH were kids.) Even though I am 18+. If you are so poor with your customer service that you can't even provide them to taste before purchasing!!!
Just because of this rude behaviors of hers I bought a flavour which tasted awful!
It seems they are Lazy at their customer service.

Kid-friendliness: Not at all Kid friendly as the Customer Service treats the Kids coming WITHOUT Parents, very rudely.

This is my go to location. I've been going here for years. The owners are the kindest people, very polite and friendly. Staff is also very nice. They always have a good selection of cakes as well.

Tried Browie sundae was so good, everyone works in systematic manner and with professionalism.

RAKESH IS A VERY RUDE MANAGER. there was hair in my ice cream and I contacted the store and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM and they literally told me sorry and that was it. I almost vomited when I saw the hair. This store is not very clean. Below is a photo of him as well, it’s a little dark but you would recognize him when u see him in the store. Worst location ever. Also when I asked for the manager they all looked at me crazy and started talking about me in their language. I know because my friend is Indian and she told me exactly what they said.

VERY RUDE MANAGER, VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Should be zero stars... I have been buying ice cream from this store for 14 years, today i made my order from Uber eats, the package came with brown stuff all over the bag I don't know what it is so I called the store to find out if they send the packet to me with brown stuff all over it, I spoke to then MANAGER which told me that maybe he was handling fudge before he sent my package, he told me that "your not eating the paper bag as long as what's inside is good that's all that matters", he was very rude to me told me to go complain to Uber eats and then HE HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME, I called him back and advised him that when it comes to food presentation is important because you can't send food to customer in a dirty bag, I've been a paying customer for over 14 years I dont deserve that type of treatment, i told him thank you i will not be buying from your store any more he said ok and HANG UP THE PHONE AGAIN. The customer service here is extremely poor and apparently they now send your Uber eats order in dirty bags, I'm very disappointed ?

I ordered BROWNIE SUNDAE and didn’t receive BROWNIE in it. So what’s the point for BROWNIE SUNDAE ?

Absolutely love Baskin-Robbins! Their ice cream is always creamy and delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot for a sweet treat!

So bad experience cones were tasting so awful there was something in between the ice cream and when we told this to the employees they said what we can do and when we said we were just awaring you so she very rudely said thank you

They need to train their employees on how to talk to customers, rude and arrogance for no reason, Worst dont even deserve 1 star
