The WORST customer service in brampton i have ever encountered, the lady made wrong order and when i called and explained everything she yelled at me and there was another guy who was yelling at me for making complaint about their error! shame on you

Ice cream was excellent! I always come here for dessert and ice cream and baskin robbins never fails to disappoint! I usually get the shakes, layered sundaes or the banana split and my goodness, it’s like a little taste of heaven! Prices are more expensive than earlier, but so is every other place. This is a good location as well. Recommend to everyone looking for solid, quality ice cream in the area!

So rude staff, I spend almost 50$ and I asked for small cup for my kids so I can share , this employee was rude & goes charge for it ! Never coming again, she wanted me to use my card again for some cents, she should have told me before paying that there will be a charge , she was up charging me for ice creams, I had to correct her for sizes, beware & don’t forget to ask for receipt!

I love this ice cream spot! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All the flavours are amazing, especially jamoca almond fudge. Highly recommend trying their cakes as well!

I Ordered cake a week ago with the light blue and pink unicorn ? colours shown in picture. The cashier asked me if I want those exact same colours or different colours and I said, the exact same as in the display case. On the day of my daughter’s birthday, I was presented with an ugly teal and purple unicorn cake (notice the unicorn eyes). When I asked the manager what happened, they said one second and went to the back and came back and told me two lies: 1) the colour will change to light blue in 2 days (they said the reason the colour of the one in the display is light blue is bc it was sitting in the display for 2 days) and then 2) second lie I was told was that the cake colour came out this way because I ordered the cotton candy flavour while the display case one is chocolate chip cookie dough flavour but the fact of the matter is they made a huge BOO BOO and couldn’t own up to it. The piping was not ice cream flavoured ? they said I could go to another location to order - Uhm how could I order another custom cake on the day of my daughter’s birthday. My wife found out later that week they have a history of messing up custom cake orders. What’s worse is instead of owning up to their mistake and offering a discount or some compensation, they continued to spit out lies.
