Zero stars if possible. Preordered a very specific birthday cake for my daughter’s joint birthday party, two weeks ahead of time and even prepaid over $70. Went to pick it up at the schedule time and it wasn’t even made. Zero accountability from the cashier and zero form management. Not even a follow up to apologize. They did offer a concession cake, but that wasn’t going to work, as we had chosen all the decor centred around this cake. To top it off, the cashier wouldn’t provide a Card with the mangers name, which is supposed to be given to all customer when they ask. I’ve lived in the area for almost 40 years and I will not be stepping foot in there again. We ended up going yo another location not owned by the same management, and they were able to help us last minute, and they provided a card with the management details when asked!

Exceptional service from Rakesh! I’m from out of town and needed a last-minute cake, while other stores turned me away, Rakesh went above and beyond to make it happen. He’s a true gentleman and worked quickly and efficiently. I’m thoroughly impressed and so grateful. Thank you, Rakesh!

I had a great experience at BR today. The staff helped me choose a cake and were so friendly. It’s so nice to have someone ready to answer all your questions. Mini cake was chocolate flavour with cookies and cream ice cream.

Girl at the cash was so rude I want to change the favor after because i saw the on the other side I want and she was not listening just asking next favor and I want lead she hand over me so rudely such bad service.

I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and tried a few different flavors. Some of them were a hit, while a few didn’t quite stand out for me. 🍦 Flavors I tried: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – creamy and sweet, definitely enjoyable. Rum Raisin, Rainbow Raisin & Cherries Jubilee – these weren’t really my favorites; the flavors were a bit too strong or not as refreshing as I expected. Very Berry Strawberry – absolutely delicious! Fresh, fruity, and perfectly balanced — I’d definitely get this one again. 🍧 Service: The staff were very patient and friendly. They let me taste a few flavors before deciding, prepared cones neatly, and even packed scoops nicely into boxes for takeaway. The service was quick, which made the experience even better. Overall: Even though not every flavor was perfect, the excellent service and the variety make Baskin-Robbins worth visiting. I’ll definitely go back for more of their berry and fruit-based flavors! 🍓🍨

I live in the neighborhood, and 8/10 times its dirty. 3 staff members, store wasnt busy at all. Yet it was dirty and unorganized

The male owner is very disrespectful and insulting probably because I am a south asian woman.. but may be he is like that with all customers. Lack of manners and respect, such a shame. Won’t be giving them my money again despite it being closest to my home.

very rude old woman who works here. would not read the fine print of my coupon. and when confronted says “i don’t speak english”. and kept yelling despite us being calm and explaining to her. very dissatisfied. other customers agreed she was very nasty. do not go here
We visit often for our fix of ice cream & are never disappointed. However, their customer service experience was really great when we placed an order for an ice cream cake, they were kind enough to make a few alterations to the cake too & the finesse on the cake was gorgeous! We had a happy 1 year old who loved her cake!

I hope this review reach head office... listen please bring back the MAMAS COOKIE FLAVOR.... this is insane to just have it once a year and its an all time favorite for many.... I've searched and called every location in Brampton and it's all out.... then I was told its not coming back until next year SAY WHAT!!!!!!!!
