This is Baskin Robbins ? Place is a dirty joke !! Ice cream taste horrible. Melting everywhere, cones were stale. worst eating experience of my life . Seriously, just go to the grocery store and get a tub of Breyers. This is a junk business, way over priced for this melted crap sugar water,, eeww

I get scoops from here, but make sure the ice cream is proper. No lazy business. Yesterday, I come in and there's crystals of ice in the ice cream, it was the sorbe one with different colours. Right now, I picked up a chocolate ice cream and it's sort of melted. Give me proper product please.

There are hair in the ice cream. I ask do you have new pack. They remove with FINGER and said all ok. Just think how many times this guys given ice cream like this. I was regularly going for walk and buying for my baby. Now i cant trust this store and employees anymore.

I went to this location yesterday and i found the service to be piss poor. long story short, I dropped me ice cream on the floor (it was one scoop) and most places they would have no problem with giving the customer exactly what they got, but unfortunately the lady with the glasses who works there said "it's your fault, why would i give you another scoop", then i asked for a refund and yet she still wouldn't give me that. I simply asked her co-worker if she was in training and then she came back to give me attitude and talk to me in broken English. To the owner of the store, HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW ENGLISH. WE ARE NOT IN INDIA, WE ARE IN CANADA. PLEASE LEARN ENGLISH. The lady with the glasses gave me a lot of attitude, for no reason at all. Overall, the people who work at this location need to know what customer service is. Mind you this lady is making a big deal over a scoop of ice cream, like i said when i asked for my refund she wouldn't do it and her co-worker did it for me. Over $3 dollars. You guys are pathetic, and PLEASE LEARN PROPER ENGLISH
