I came in just hoping to enjoy a simple scoop of ice cream, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty was rude and spoke in an unnecessarily condescending tone. It left a really negative impression. Baskin-Robbins should seriously consider better training in customer service to ensure guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

You can never go wrong with ice cream. This location is clean and provides enough seating for a quick treat. The only drawback would be the line. It's a bit confusing. When you walk in, it's sometimes hard to tell where to join the line, but you can figure it out pretty quickly.

NAV is great employee with great customer service in this Baskin Robbins. She always knows my ROYAL CHOC MOUSSE flavor. Don't need to tell her. I go to this BR 5 times a week. I tell WHEN ITS STICKY OUTSIDE be INside THIS BR. THUMBS UP.
