Worst experience ever at Bikanerwala, 10940 Goreway drive Brampton. The manager Harnaam clearly has no idea what customer service means. The server took my order, made us wait, and then came back saying they won’t deliver — just like that. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’m never coming back. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like your time and money don’t matter.

Very bad service when u enter they have sign please wait to be seated but no one come to take u to table then u have to pay for the food first u r dining in.suppose while eating u need drink or u want some sweets or want to order more food u have to go again in the line wait for another 10-15 mins because of their slow service while ur food on table is getting cold.they need to hire more staff.specially the girl on counter talking on a phone ignoring customers

Not recommended them for jalebiya at all. Management really dont care for take out food. Dine in is really good thuo
Food is good but got scam by their Jalebi. Got 2 lb and despite of asking fresh they gave us 3-4 days old. I checked Jalebis were soggy when reached home And called to complaint about it, they said call us on Thursday to get fresh order as they don’t do refunds. On Thursday, their manager simply ignore the request 👀

5 star for food, but what we have seen there today around 6:30 pm, was not very nice a girl in green shirt took order and left. After 5-10 min she came back when we asked for the order pick up, without analyzing anything she start blaming her juniors for the delay. However, the guy and girl were already serving other customers. I would recommend to please teach your senior staff to behave respectfully with the juniors or new comers specially in front of customers. We really felt bad for those two, they were already working so they need not to be treated rudely. Thanks.
