Food is good but got scam by their Jalebi. Got 2 lb and despite of asking fresh they gave us 3-4 days old. I checked Jalebis were soggy when reached home And called to complaint about it, they said call us on Thursday to get fresh order as they don’t do refunds. On Thursday, their manager simply ignore the request 👀
5 star for food, but what we have seen there today around 6:30 pm, was not very nice a girl in green shirt took order and left. After 5-10 min she came back when we asked for the order pick up, without analyzing anything she start blaming her juniors for the delay. However, the guy and girl were already serving other customers. I would recommend to please teach your senior staff to behave respectfully with the juniors or new comers specially in front of customers. We really felt...
