I liked everything that Bombay Palace had to offer. I brought my family over for an Iftar. The food was great. There was a decent selection. My only regret is that my stomach was not large enough to have everything. I would definitely come back again.

HORRIBLE PLACE....I mean seriously when you are paying $130+ decent tips for 3 people for buffet you expect something decent, right?!!The food was average and the veggie dishes were way below average. only thing that was ok was small chaat and dessert selection.And don't get me even started with customer service....NONE !!!!They are recist to say the least. We were asked to move the table WHILE WE WERE SEATED AND EATING to accommodate the group of non Indians...seriously these people put Indians to shame....NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worse experience ever. Ordered catering from them and the rasmalai was sour. I called and confirmed with the manager that it was infact bad because they received complaints from other customers as well.They promised us a complementary dinner so we agreed.On the day of the complementary dinner, the owner denied saying that he doesn't know anything about it and doesn't know how the manager (Shahid) could do the same. Also, told us he'll compensate on our next order.Why would you promise something if you cannot fulfill. Why we'll be ordering from the place ever again. Utterly unacceptable behavior.Never gonna order from this place again. Please keep your compensation as we don't need it after the pathetic customer experience.

Had an awesome exerience. Hosted my cousins wedding here and things went smoothly. Staff was helpful, especially Gaurav. He helped take care of everything and was extremely professional.

Firstly it takes ever for the someone to take order not because its busy but because no one cares for all a cart.Our personal experience, first visit, and were served meat whereas we order vegetarian and confirmed 3 times that food should be vegetarian.When out of frustration we said few things about the service and not any individual specifically, Manager said “Get Out” of this place. This has been the worst place I have ever visited with family for food.First you serve non veg to pure vegetarians and say Get Out and abuse them in front of entire restaurant. Someone talked to us, saying he is owner, apologized but didn’t ask his Manager to apologize whereas he insulted us.There is no 0 stars but this place deserves it.

Less sometimes is better. I am a fan of buffet restaurant and I believe this restaurant has done it well. First off, the staff is extremely helpful. It's hard to get those people who care.Food - well as I said it doesn't have to be 100's of items in the menu but whatever you have should taste good, fresh and tasty. It was exactly that. I didn't try panni puri and other snack items but what I heard from my family who tried that it was good. Will go again.

Ordered the Royal Thali today over UberEats. Excellent food! I’ve dined in many times at Bombay Palace and always enjoyed their food and their delivery did not disappoint.I ordered butter chicken & chicken tikka and it came with aloo gobi, dal, rice, naan, salad, veggie pakora and gulab jaman. Fully worth it for $19.99!!Butter chicken is out of this world!Don’t go anywhere in Brampton for Indian food except BOMBAY PALACE!!!!From Liv & JR

Bombay Palace is the worst place to do a wedding venue. The owner Manprit is unprofessional. His customer service is terrible and he comes off arrogant. Other halls in Brampton are better and please save your money by staying away from this crappy place. Other halls are more accommodating than this place so I seriously recommend looking at other places to do a wedding.
