Very disappointed with Booster Juice. They closed before their posted hours, and when I tried to ask about it, the staff were rude and unprofessional. If you list your closing time, at least respect it or treat customers politely. Definitely won’t be coming back — terrible customer service and zero respect for customers’ time.

I came to get a banana shake and when my drink was nearly finished i feel the banana chunks in there so i opened the lid and shocked by watching rotten banana chunks literally black in colour and after that i came back to store to adress this thing the lady cashier started arguing with me and did not accept the mistake or any apology instead she was defending and get very rude with me in front of everyone who was there. Please guys don’t go to these guys. And i request the Booster Juice to take a note of this serious matter. And request food safety inspectors to inspect the shop.

I visited this location on Saturday, October 4th, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. There were two employees working, and neither seemed interested in properly handling my order. I asked for a Game Set Matcha with extra matcha, and the cashier clearly acknowledged my request. However, she failed to pass that instruction on to her coworker preparing the drink.

When I received my drink, it was a pale green, far from what you’d expect with extra matcha. The employee insisted she followed the recipe, but there was barely any matcha and almost no honey. When I pointed this out, the cashier admitted she had forgotten to mention the extra matcha, despite acknowledging it to me at the counter.

Instead of apologizing, the staff argued with me and my partner about whether the drink was made correctly. To make matters worse, when I asked for it to be remade, the employee took the drink we had already sipped from, poured it back into the blender (ice and all), and then told the cashier to charge us for extra matcha. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

Not once did either of them apologize for the mistake. Instead, they gave us attitude and made the situation worse. We ended up asking for a refund.

I will not be returning to this location, especially if those two employees are working.

I went to Booster Juice as my partner wanted a drink he normally orders every time—a Game Set Matcha with extra matcha. He asked the cashier for extra matcha, and I watched her acknowledge the request. When we received the drink, it was very milky, slightly green, and did not taste sweetened properly. There was clearly not extra matcha, as you can easily taste the difference.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, it quickly turned into an argument between the cashier and the person who made the drink. There was poor communication between them, and instead of addressing the mistake, they argued with me in front of my partner. At no point was an apology offered.

The experience only got worse. It felt like we were being penalized for their mistake. The person who made the drink, clearly frustrated, told me, “Charge them for extra matcha,” almost as if she was upset with me that the drink wasn’t made correctly. Then, she took the partially consumed drink from us and poured it back into the public blender, ice and all, which is completely unsanitary. I pointed out that this was unacceptable, and her response was dismissive, claiming they always use soap and water between drinks, which is not true from my long-time experience at Booster Juice. The standard procedure should have been to make a new drink.

I immediately asked for a refund, which was provided, but the staff’s behavior was extremely rude—they essentially ganged up on me while addressing a mistake that wasn’t ours. There was no apology, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get these girls’ names as they did not have name tags.

Also, while I was there, before I ordered my drink, there was an elderly woman asking questions about the sizes of the drinks. The girl at the cash register was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. She briefly pointed at the cup size, but the elderly woman—likely having difficulty seeing or hearing—needed more clarification. The worker at Booster Juice seemed very impatient as the woman continued to ask questions about the size of the drink.
Booster Juice needs to ensure their staff are respectful and trained to properly handle mistakes with an apology and corrective action.

Honestly not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’ve been coming to this location consistently for about 2 years now because I go after heading to the GoodLife fitness. The staff there are always super nice & friendly and alway makes my drink great.

I always get the same thing, açai avalanche with power booster and it’s consistent and great everytime.

Coming from a customer service worker myself my whole life, there has been a severe decline in common courtesy with service workers from customers. At the end of the day, just treat workers with respect and kindness, it’s really not that hard. I’m guessing most of the negative reviews are coming from individuals who want extra special treatment or want “exceptions” made specifically for them when it’s not standard. And when they don’t get their way, straight to a bad review and saying someone has “attitude” or is “rude” lol

Staff are great here and never once had a bad experience out of the 100+ times I’ve visited here :)
